ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading

Helping Team Leaders to Lead the Way!

To support the development of inspirational Team Leaders, we are facilitating an Open Learning Programme for businesses in the West of Scotland.  The candidates will benefit by:

• Developing confidence in their leadership role

• Networking with other Team Leaders

• Learning how to inspire and motivate people to perform at work

• Working with change in a positive way

• Developing people and teams to achieve results

• Securing a nationally recognised leadership qualification following the successful completion of their work

The five training days are as follows;

Motivating the Team to Perform;
Thursday 31st May 2012
Workplace Communication;
Tuesday 19th June 2012
Developing the Team at Work;
Thursday 16th August 2012
Dealing with Change in the Workplace;
Thursday 6th September 2012
Developing Yourself as a Team Leader;
Thursday 4th October 2012

The training will be delivered at R34 in Inchinnan, Renfrewshire

The course fee is £950 plus VAT per delegate and includes:
ILM Registration and 6 months ILM studying membership
Five training days
All studying material
Assessment and tutorial support
Lunch and refreshments
Certification
